Guide: Wrightsville Beach Eats

These are Surfly’s hottest spots in Wrightsville for both quick eats and fine dining. Enjoy!

Adapt Kitchen and Juice Bar

A glimpse of wellness heaven. From the savory flavors of the Eh Brah!vo Smash avo toast crafted with locally sourced sourdough bread, adorned with sunflower seeds and arugula. Savor the fiery flavors of the spicy Ahi Poke En Fuego bowl, while the Nutty Açai Bowl unveils a sweet symphony of fresh strawberries, bananas, and a delicious dollop of peanut butter. Don’t miss the So Fresh and So Green smoothie. Your taste buds will thank you. Enhance your coffee with adaptogens that aid in cognitive function, clarity, and hormone balance. Prepare to be captivated by every culinary creation at Adapt.

Vito's Pizza

The best pizza on the island. Located conveniently in the town center on N Lumina Ave, Vito’s Pizza is perfect for a relaxing night watching the sunset on the beach or a delicious nightcap after a long night out at Jimmy’s right across the street. Vito’s New-York style and endless topping options make this pizza unbeatable. Indulge in a slice or grab a whole pie, and rest assured, only crumbs will remain in your box.

Tower 7 Baja Mexican Grill

Nestled right beside Vito’s is the beloved Mexican spot, Tower7. Prepare to indulge in the legendary Tower7 burrito, a colossal masterpiece filled with all things GOOD. We like to order it with carne asada and chicken to get the best of both worlds. For a lighter option, savor the Surfly-favorite Baja Chopped Salad. Add grilled shrimp and their house made picante sauce to satisfy all your Mexican food cravings. Tune in on the weekends for the incredible T7 Breakfast Burritos, served conveniently at the restaurant’s side window.

If you’re craving fresh seafood, Ceviche’s has it all. Ceviche’s commitment to fresh and sustainable seafood takes center stage, with unique flavor combinations that will leave you surprised but satisfied. Order their Guac sampler (the seasonal goat cheese guac is out of this world), a ceviche (of course), and their coconut shrimp as appetizers, and don’t forget to try their refreshing house made juice, “Fresca de Ensalada.” Our favorite fish dish on the island is their “Corvina a la Plancha,” plated beside coconut rice and seasonal veggies.

 True Blue Butcher and Table

Indulge in a luxurious dining experience at True Blue, where skilled butchers are poised to meticulously hand-select the perfect cuts of meat for your dinner party or romantic date night. With a heartfelt dedication to sourcing wholesome ingredients and passion for their craft, True Blue’s menu showcases their unwavering commitment to excellence. Each item is locally sourced North Carolinian farmers. We love to order cuts of Waygu as an appetizer and crispy fries for the table. You’ll find the world’s best burger at True Blue: the Porcini Cheeseburger, featuring porcini mushroom butter, calabrian pepper aioli, comte cheese, and butter lettuce. Mark your calendar for Wednesday afternoons, when True Blue presents an irresistible offer of $5 smashburgers!

Drift is another wellness sanctuary for breakfast lovers. They have multiple locations on the island, but the Causeway location is our favorite. It’s the perfect beachside brunch cafe for a light breakfast and coffee or afternoon brunch and matcha. With a list dedicated to holistic drinks and a menu full of greens, grains, burritos, and bennies, you’ll find the cure to your cravings. We love the Harissa Grain Bowl, Breakfast Burrito, Strawberry Mint Matcha, and Espresso Tonic.
