There’s nothing quite like warm chocolate chip cookies straight out of the oven. Try these healthy chocolate chip cookies for a better-for-you treat. You’ll be surprised at how good and easy they are.
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 c coconut oil
1/2 c coconut sugar
1 c almond flour
1/4 c coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 c dark chocolate chips (or more:))
Flaky sea salt
Follow these simple steps: whisk sugar & wet ingredients, incorporate the flours and baking soda, and fold in chocolate chips. After shaping into 1 inch balls and flattening the dough on the baking sheet, bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until golden around the edges. Finish with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt. This recipe makes about 12 cookies.
