Here’s how you can make this cocktail your go-to for the season:

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • A splash of Topo Chico or any club soda
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz pomegranate or cranberry juice
  • Prosecco topper

Instructions

Muddle the Mint and Elderflower
