Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return item(s), and we will offer you a choice of exchanging the item(s) for another item or store credit in the amount of your order less shipping; provided: (i) the items(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) your return is made within fourteen (14) days of delivery; and (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you (including the original packaging). A $10.00 restocking fee will apply for any returns which do not include the original packaging. All returns must be initiated by contacting support@shopsurfly.com. Company will send a prepaid shipping label to you for the return of items for domestic orders; however, we are not responsible for costs associated with the return of items for international orders.
